Choose the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for a more relaxed feel. For sets, if your top and bottom measurements fall into different sizes, use your hip measurement as the primary reference unless the product page says otherwise.

Many styles are designed to fit true to size, but the intended silhouette varies by product. Each product page includes a specific fit note such as fitted, regular, relaxed or oversized.

When garment measurements are useful for a particular style, they are shown in the Size & Fit section on that product page. We only publish measurements that have been verified against production data.

We work with soft, fluid fabrics chosen for how they feel, move and wear. Depending on the style, this may include modal-based jersey, verified TENCEL™ Modal blends, viscose satin and other carefully selected materials. The exact composition is listed on every product page and garment care label.

For selected styles, modal-based jersey gives the soft, fluid hand-feel we want while offering comfortable stretch and everyday wearability. Where TENCEL™ is stated, the fibre and trademark use are verified for that specific product.

Any soft textile can change with wear and friction. Our jersey qualities are selected with durability in mind, and gentle washing, avoiding excessive heat and limiting friction can help preserve the surface for longer.

No. MUROMUR begins with sleepwear and softness, but the pieces are designed for the hours before sleep, slow mornings, staying in, stepping out and everything in between.

Always follow the care label inside the garment first. In general, use a gentle programme at the recommended temperature, wash with similar colours and avoid excessive heat. See the Care Guide for fabric-specific instructions.

Many MUROMUR pieces can be machine washed on a gentle or delicate programme, depending on the fabric. Always check the care label on the individual garment.

We generally recommend avoiding tumble-drying heat for our soft jerseys and delicate fabrics. Air drying is gentler on softness, shape and surface.

Wash only when needed, use mild detergent, avoid excessive heat and friction, and store the garment clean and dry. Airing a piece between wears can also reduce unnecessary washing.

No. MUROMUR garment tags do not need to display the retail price, so a piece can move naturally from personal purchase to gifting without an unnecessary price label.

The estimated delivery window is shown during checkout or in the shipping information for your market. During launches, holidays or high-demand periods, fulfilment may take slightly longer.

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the relevant tracking details after your parcel has been dispatched.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with its original labels and packaging, subject to applicable consumer law and any stated product-specific exclusions.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer. Any market-specific return method and cost should be displayed clearly before the return is confirmed.
