Refund policy
Withdrawal from the contract within 30 days (applies to consumers only)
If you are shopping on the E-store as a consumer (i.e., a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their business, trade, craft or profession), you have the right to return Items or Gift Vouchers (for as long as they remain unused) purchased on the E-store within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date you received the Item or Gift Voucher. You may do this without giving any reason (i.e., by exercising your right to withdraw from a distance contract, granted to you under Lithuanian and European Union law).
If you withdraw from the contract, the Item you return must be unused, with its labels attached and in its original packaging, undamaged and without any loss of its commercial appearance. We will consider this requirement met if, while trying out the Item, you only carried out the actions necessary to assess the Item that you would normally be able to carry out in a physical store (e.g., trying the Item on, examining it).
To exercise this right, you must notify the Seller no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date you received the Item or Gift Voucher, by email at: hello@muromur.com
Once you have decided to withdraw from the contract, you must, without delay and in any event no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date you notified the Seller of the return by email, send the Items back to the Seller at: Vytauto pr. 56, LT-44237 Kaunas, Lithuania, or, in the case of a Gift Voucher, permanently delete the Gift Voucher and its data. The deadline will be deemed met if you send the Items before the 30 (thirty) day period expires. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the Items to the Seller.
If you withdraw from the contract, the Seller undertakes to refund, no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you notified the Seller of the return by email (but not before the Seller receives the returned Item, unless the Seller decides at its own discretion not to wait for the returned Item), all amounts you paid for the Item and its delivery to you, to the bank account you provide.
Wholesale buyers and other purchasers who buy on the E-store for purposes other than consumption are not entitled to withdraw from the contract, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with the Seller.
Items of inadequate quality
Items are covered by the statutory guarantee provided for under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, meaning the Seller is liable to the consumer for any non-conformity of the Items with quality requirements existing at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
If an Item purchased on the E-store is of inadequate quality, you have the right, in accordance with the procedure and time limits set out in law, to request that the Seller remedy the defect free of charge or replace the defective Item with an Item of adequate quality, or, in cases provided for by law, request a corresponding price reduction or return the Item.
If you believe that an Item purchased on the E-store is of inadequate quality and have identified its defects, you must notify the Seller no later than two months from the date the non-conformity was discovered, stating your preferred resolution, by email at: hello@muromur.com. When reporting a defective Item, please provide a detailed description of where and when the defect occurred, along with photos of the Item and the defect, and any other relevant information that will help identify the defect.
The buyer's rights relating to Items of inadequate quality are exercised in accordance with the procedure set out in Articles 6.364(1)–6.364(3) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
