When placing an order, you must provide a delivery address and a contact phone number (if the order is delivered within Lithuania, the number must be registered in Lithuania). Delivery is available through the following options: VENIPAK parcel lockers or pickup points, or UAB "Omniva" parcel lockers.

• Delivery cost within Lithuania – from €3.49.
• Delivery cost abroad – from €6.
• Free delivery – on orders from €50 (Venipak parcel lockers only).*

*Does not apply to international orders or courier delivery.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. From the dispatch date, orders are typically delivered:

• Within Lithuania – 1–3 business days.
• Within Europe – 5–9 business days.
• USA and other countries – 7–14 business days.

Please note that the delivery or pickup times stated are estimates only. While we always aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, processing may occasionally take longer due to high order volumes or delays on the part of delivery service providers. The Seller will always keep you informed of your delivery status, so please follow this information. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can track it using the tracking number in the delivery provider's system.

If, upon receiving your parcel, you notice that an ordered item is missing, please notify the Seller without delay at: hello@muromur.com

Items are packaged appropriately for their nature, so that they remain fit for their intended use upon delivery.

If a parcel is not collected within 60 calendar days of being notified that it is ready for pickup, it will no longer be held in storage and no refund will be issued.
